Masked were worn at the meeting.
The Meeting talked about several ways that they could fix or try to fix
the flooding in our area, none of these ways were set in stone.
- Put a level around the pond
- Make it a dry pond, water would be pumped out as it fills.
- Widen Simms Creek
- Use our wetlands only if it benefits our subdivision.
Homeowners on Haven Blvd are having issues with the new subdivision
being built, when it rains their yards are not draining like they use to
before they started building the Avery? Parish people will investigate it
before they make the final approval.
The culvert in the back across from the treatment plant will be looked
at.
Mr. Tassin put in a work order request to have it repaired. Message for
the work order received July 15, 2020.
